What's built into every installation
Our quotes are all-in - moisture testing on slabs, subfloor leveling, baseboard removal and reinstall, hauling away your old floor, and transitions to adjoining rooms. We protect the rest of the house with floor runners and dust containment, and we clean up at the end of every workday, not just at the end of the job.
A warranty that actually covers labor
Manufacturer warranties cover the material - usually 25 years to lifetime depending on the product. We back that with our own labor warranty on top of it: if something we install fails because of an installation defect, we come back and fix it at no charge. One company, one number, no finger-pointing between installer and manufacturer.
Flooring Installation - frequently asked questions
A typical single-room install (carpet, LVP, or laminate) is done in a day. Hardwood runs 2 to 4 days depending on whether it's prefinished. Tile takes 3 to 5 days for setting plus another day for grout to cure before it's walkable.
Yes - standard furniture is included in the install. We just ask that homeowners handle electronics, fragile items, and anything stored inside drawers or closets.
We can work with customer-supplied material, though the warranty in that case only covers labor. When we supply the flooring ourselves, you get one combined warranty covering both product and installation.
That's most of what we do - hardwood in the living areas, tile in the bathrooms, carpet on the stairs, all in one project with clean transitions between every material.
